Have you ever thought about who would make decisions for you if you were involved in a serious accident and couldn't speak for yourself, who would care for your minor children, elderly parents, disabled relative or pets if something happened to you, if your loved ones would know where to find and how to access your financial information, medical diagnosis/history, life insurance and so on if you weren't able to tell them? B.I.O. Boxes and Binders is a company founded out of a harsh reality many of us have experienced - the emergency illness and eventual death of a loved one who was unable to communicate their wishes.  The idea of  having one place where essential medical, family, financial and end of life decisions and information could be stored and accessed when individuals could not make them known was hatched.  It has been in production for the last two years and is a continuous evolving entity as times and needs change.

B.I.O. Boxes and Binders is just that, a box or a binder, used to orderly compile and store vital information. It is a printed and/or electronic, locked or unlocked life emergency, incapacitation, illness, elderly care and death planning, preparation and information system to be accessed by a person, people or entity designated by the owner(s) of the box or binder.  Thus, giving you peace of mind that your business is truly in order and will be carried out just as you wish.

 

The process is as simple and to the point as our website.  One of our sales representatives will cover the different options and costs offered by B.I.O. Boxes and Binders, take your order and schedule a time and interview medium (virtual, phone or in-person). 50% of the total cost of your box or binder is due at the end of the sales consultation.   A vetted (background checked, security cleared) representative will sit down with you either virtually or in-person - which ever you prefer - and assist you in compiling your box or binder.  This includes all documents, forms, cards, etc. pertinent to completing your box or binder.  You will then select the type, color and medium (printed and/or electronic) box or binder.  It will be hand delivered to you and reviewed with you for accuracy and satisfaction.   Once you are satisfied with your box or binder, the remaining 50% of the total cost of your box or binder is immediately due at which time your box or binder will be turned over to you.   You have the option of future review and updates of your box or binder or can contact us at any time you deem our assistance is necessary for modifications.
